All timelines are production estimates — submit as early as possible and plan for the upper end of the range. No rush production is available for bulk orders. For events with hard deadlines (senior night, graduation, trade show), add two extra weeks of buffer beyond the timeline above.
Individual Personalization in Bulk Orders
Every pair in a bulk order can carry individual personalization on top of the shared group design. The shared design covers:
- Base colorway — school, team, or company colors on the upper
- Shared design element — school name, team logo, company logo, chapter design
- Shared text — event name, year, "Class of 2026," etc.
Individual personalization per pair:
- Athlete's name — side panel, heel tab, or both
- Jersey number — heel tab or toe cap
- Employee name — heel tab for corporate orders
- Member name — for chapter or club orders

What to Submit to Get Started
To begin a bulk order inquiry, submit the following in the design request form:
- Organization name and type — school, team, company, chapter, club
- Colors — official colors with photo or Pantone reference
- Event or use case — senior night, graduation, trade show, big little reveal
- Pair count estimate — exact count confirmed later with roster
- Target delivery date — the event date, allowing 8–10 weeks minimum
The full roster with individual names and shoe sizes is submitted after the shared design mock-up is approved. You don't need it to start.
